We made further progress in implementing the Re Alloys Going Green strategy by signing two important agreements for the construction of a wind farm, one of Re Alloys’ renewable energy projects.
We planted 3,400 trees as part of our “Leave Work and Plant a Tree” and “Get Outdoors and Plant a Tree” campaigns, bringing together employees, their families and friends, and the local community.
We became a signatory to the Diversity Charter.
As part of our employee volunteering programme, we organised support for refugees from Ukraine.
We once again supported the Szlachetna Paczka (Noble Gift) and WOŚP (Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity) initiatives.
We supported local initiatives promoting tradition and culture, including the Cultural Centre in Gostyń and the Museum of Metallurgy in Chorzów.
We supported the RowerON and Poland Business Run initiatives, promoting physical activity and spending time together.
We prepared our first ESG report.
We continue to develop our skills and deepen our knowledge of ESG matters through training.
We are proud of these achievements and motivated to continue our efforts.
